Berkowitz vs. Gateway 2000, Inc., has been settled and the Judge in that case has approved the settlement. In the coming days, certificates will be sent to those Gateway customers that are members of the class entitling them to discounts on Pentium OverDrive processors and other Gateway merchandise. The certificates will indicate the special 800 number you need to call to redeem your coupons. Full information as to the value of the certificates and how those certificates can be redeemed will be included in the mailing to class members. We expect to mail the certificates out by March 15, 1997.
