Gateway GoldTM Premium Service provides you with two valuable features!
The first feature upgrades the original one-year on-site service agreement to a total of three years.
The second feature provides you with three years of priority access to GATEWAY 2000® Technical Support via a dedicated 800 number.
- A dedicated 800 number will be provided to you for priority access to technical support for three years following your original system delivery date.
- On-site service is available to most locations in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. On-site services are provided by PC Technology Services, Inc. PLEASE NOTE: On-site service is not available for any external peripheral, including any monitor, mouse, keyboard or speaker, or any portable computer system.
- On-site service will be dispatched when you and a GATEWAYTM technician determine it is necessary to install replacement parts and on-site is available in your area.
- A PC Technology Services authorized technician will contact you to schedule a two-hour appointment window using the estimated replacement part(s) delivery time.
- On-site service is available Monday through Saturday, 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
- Requests for on-site service received on a Friday will be dispatched for the following Monday unless otherwise specified.
- Next-Business-Day Response: Calls received prior to 6:00 p.m. CST will be eligible for next-business-day on-site response, depending on parts availability.
- Parts Delivery: Any replacement parts will be shipped to a customer designated location via next-business-day delivery, pending parts availability and customer location, for orders received prior to 6 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.
- $99 at time of system purchase
- $129 within one year of the original system delivery
