Gateway 2000 has representatives available through a variety of on-line vendors. Each service requires different procedures. The following is an explaination of how to get to the Gateway users areas on each of the services.
Compuserve
GO Gateway. To get to the different forums, click on the second button down on the left.
America Online
Press the "control" and "k" keys, then type either "moo" or "gateway" (These are the keywords.)
