Issue: When trying to print a calendar from MS® Publisher 2.0, the bottom line of the calendar is cut off. This issue occurs with the HP 560C and HP 540C printers.Resolution:
- In Publisher, go to Layout and then Layout Guides.
- Change the bottom margin to greater than .666.
Note: With Publisher 2.0, all Deskjet printers from HP have a default margin setting of .25 for the left and right sides, .33 for the top, and .666 for the bottom. When the PageWizard is used to create a calendar, Publisher 2.0 uses a default setting of .5 for the bottom margin. This issue does not exist in Publisher 95.
