Speakerphone Button May Not be Present in the Call Center

Issue: The speakerphone button may or may not be present in the Call Center when using FaxWorks 3.00g.222 with the MODISA005ABUS, MODISA005ADUS or MODISA005AEUS modems.
These modems do support speakerphone capabilities. However, the speakerphone capabilities of FaxWorks 3.00g.222 will not show up if the FaxWorks software is installed from the SWRDSX014ADUS diskettes.
If you have version 3.00g.222 on your system, you may want to upgrade to the latest version. Faxworks Upgrade Version 3.00g.251 is available on the Gateway 2000 FTP site.
To use this upgrade you must have version 3.00g.158 currently installed. To determine which version you're currently using, open the Faxworks program. On the Call Center screen you will see the Gateway 2000 name and logo. Clicking on the logo will display the current version number. If you do not have version 3.00g.222, you will first need to acquire and install the consecutive upgrades to get you to that point.
