Issue: When the CMS Jumbo 1400 1.3 GB TBU is used with the Aladdin or Zappa motherboard and Advanced Power Management is enabled, the TBU will fail during a tape format giving the error Tape Error 92.

Resolution: The known solution is to disable Power Management during this process. Follow the steps below to disable Advanced Power Management.

1. Turn on the system, and press F1 to enter Setup.
2. Use the right arrow to highlight the "Advanced" option in CMOS.
3. Use the down arrow to select "Power Management Configuration".
4. Hit enter, and change the selection from "Enabled" to "Disabled".
5. Save the changes, and allow the system to reboot.
6. Format the tape, and perform the tape backup.
7. Reboot the system, and follow steps 1-4 to change the Power Management Configuration to Enabled.
