Department/Title: Human Resources - Generalist Human Resources - Training Date: June 2 - August 15, 1997 Work Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (Not to exceed 40 hours per work week) Location: Varied Salary: $7.50 per hour Additional Job Perks: Transportation provided to and from their Gateway site, Housing provided, Planned professional and social programs, Individual coach assigned to each intern. Job Function: Generalist - Exposure to the day to day operations covering employment, benefits administration, compensation, general training, and employee relations. Training - Exposure to the day to day operations covering new employee orientation, supervisor training, course developing, learning center, and trainer development. Additional Qualifications: Generalist - Candidate must be working toward a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Training - Candidates must be working toward a degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
