Netsetup.exe is not Included with Gateway 2000® Version of Windows® 95 CD

Issue: The Gateway 2000 OEM version of the Windows 95 CD does not include the NETSETUP.EXE. Network administrators can not perform an administrative install for Windows 95 using this CD. The license agreement Gateway has with Microsoft® states that the OEM version is for single users and not to be used over a network.

Response: The only way to legally use the NETSETUP.EXE is to have a Select Agreement with Microsoft.
