The National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) trade show has always been a big event for NewTek. But this year promises to be bigger and better than ever. Everyone will be talking about this one well into the future, and it is definitely something you don't want to miss!

Visit our brand new 40’ x 50’ trade show booth (booth #M6618) and see how booths should be done. That’s right! Our new booth, like the products we sell, reflects cutting-edge technology and is like no other booth you’ve ever seen. Not to give too much away here, but suffice it to say that even gravity won’t hold us back from accomplishing all the exciting things we have planned. Complete with a main demo stage, 20 demo stations, state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment, a conference room and many other surprises, you have got to see it to believe it!

In case you haven’t heard, we opened up a brand new Sales and Marketing Office in beautiful Boulder, Colorado to ensure that all NewTek fans get the information and products they need. The entire Boulder crew will be at the booth, and are looking forward to meeting our users and dealers face to face. Stop by and say hello! Ask about our new authorized dealer program, get your hands on our new product brochures, check out our new demo tape (remember “Revolution”? Wait until you see the sequel!). Take one home! Of course, there will be other fun giveaways and NewTek novelty items waiting for you as well.

With so many changes and new things happening at NewTek, we thought it was only appropriate to enhance our “corporate identity” as well. What’s a corporate identity? Well, it’s a marketing phrase for how we communicate to our valued customers, and it includes a new corporate logo. With a new suite of products on the horizon (stay tuned), a rapidly growing staff and a ton of momentum, we really want to communicate that NewTek is changing, and changing for the better! Again, all this will be premiered at NAB, so come see our new logo and all the other elements that help round out our new corporate identity by stopping by booth #M6618.

And, of course, something special for our dealers. There is so much going on in the channel and so much to tell our dealers that we have arranged a special event just for you. On Sunday, April 6th, we will hold a special dealer meeting to fill you all in on the exciting developments in the channel. You know what they say - all work and no fun . . . Well, the folks here at NewTek have never been known as a boring bunch, and NAB ‘97 is no different. True to NewTek form, we will be hosting a blowout party at The Beach on Wednesday, April 9th from 9:00 p.m. until 12:00 am. Free cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and all the fun you can handle will be waiting for those who know how to party. Get free giveaways from NewTek and our friends at Digital, Intergraph and Sun, and see LightWave 3D do its stuff on each of their leading systems! Free tickets will be given out at our booth on a first come, first served basis, so stop by early!
