SIGGRAPH's Online Support Staff

Introduction

"siggraph.org" is the online information resource for the ACM SIGGRAPH organization. It serves as an educational and technical resource for the SIGGRAPH membership and the computer graphics community, and supports the organizational infrastructure effort.

This document is an introduction to the people who maintain this resource and to the policies and procedures used in its administration.

Personnel

The following volunteers are responsible for the care and feeding of this online resource:

• Stephen Spencer, ACM SIGGRAPH Director for Publications, oversees the resources and personnel which maintain SIGGRAPH's online presence. His e-mail address is spencer@siggraph.org.
• Robert Judd is the Information Director for SIGGRAPH's online presence, coordinating resources and personnel involved in the maintenance of the online resources and serving as the point of contact for administrative requests from the community. His e-mail address is bob.judd@siggraph.org.
• Phil Ritzenthaler and Stephen Spencer act as local system administrators for the machine, attending to system-level administrative tasks and hardware and software needs, including regular backups. Phil's e-mail address is phil.ritzenthaler@siggraph.org.
• Garry Paxinos is the organization-level content manager (or "webmaster"), involving the installation and maintenance of content delivery software, creation and maintenance of content, and assisting others in the creation and maintenance of their content. • Robert Holzman is the electronic mail specialist, attending to the electronic mail functionality of SIGGRAPH's online presence through creation and maintenance of electronic mail aliases and electronic mailing lists and other mail-related information delivery services. His e-mail address is bob.holzman@siggraph.org.
• John Michael Pierobon is the SIGGRAPH Events Calendar maintainer, responsible for collecting, formatting, and distributing a calendar of computer graphics events to SIGGRAPH personnel and to the computer graphics community on a regular basis. His e-mail address is pierobon@siggraph.org.

Requests For Service

All requests for services -- electronic mail aliases, account creation and deletion, software installation and maintenance, etc. -- should be directed to Robert Judd, SIGGRAPH Information Director, at bob.judd@siggraph.org. It is his responsibility to forward requests for services to the appropriate individual(s) for completion.
