Problem: Lightwave can't find my license key.

This problem can be caused by several different things.

First of all, verify that the number you have entered is correct.  Delete the file LICENSE.KEY from the \NEWTEK\PROGRAMS directory, and re-enter the license number using LICENSE.EXE.

Sometimes, running the License program from the 'Start' button on the Taskbar will cause the LICENSE.KEY file to be created on the desktop.  If this is the case, simply move the file from the desktop to the \NEWTEK\PROGRAMS directory and allow whatever file is there to be overwritten. Or, run LICENSE.EXE from within the \NEWTEK\PROGRAMS directory.
