The AURELIA Program
New AURELIA release 941101
AURELIA is an advanced program for the semi-automatic
analysis of 2D, 3D and 4D NMR data. It is available on all types
of SGI computers and Bruker APSECT stations. It is based on X11
Windows and may be used with different user interfaces as can be seen
in the following two examples.
pure X11 (36413 bytes)
or
X11/Motif (38221 bytes)
Refer to the
AURELIA article.941101 to get
more details.
The features.941101 document
contains a list of new features and enhancements which have been added
recently. This may be interesting for AURELIA users having older
versions.
A new module supporting the analysis of mixtures ( AMIX) is
now available. It features 1D and 2D spectra preparation,
detailed analysis,
creation of spectra bases, definition of spectral patterns and visual
and automatic screening of reference spectra.
The amix article contains
a few examples.
What is available on the Bruker ftp server ?
The Bruker ftp server (ftp.bruker.de) contains the directories
- /pub/nmr/AURELIA/AS1/Motif1.1/941101.3,
-
- /pub/nmr/AURELIA/SGI/4.05/941101.3,
-
- /pub/nmr/AURELIA/SGI/5.2/941101.4,
-
-
The available files are :
-
aurelia_941101.readme. This file contains general notes on
installations. It should always be read.
-
aurelia_941101.tar.gz. This tar file contains the full AURELIA
installation directory, including HELP files, Release letter and a
copy of the manual. Versions 941101.4 (and later) automatically contain
the AMIX module which supports the analysis of mixtures.
-
sbase-0-0-0.tar.gz. This is a collection of about 600 1D and 2D
NMR spectra in compressed and crypted format. The data may be used by the
AMIX module.
