This option acts as a toggle between including and not including pointing
restrictions in the 
-
coverage calculations. When the pointing
restriction toggle is `off', the only constraints on observing with the
satellite is that there be a lines of sight from the satellite antenna to the
source and that it be simultaneously possible to establish a link with an
available telemetry station. This option may also be enable by pressing the
`p' key.
