We are accepting a few reflectors to get a BCC of the concert. There is great danger. If every reflectore in the world decided to do this, it would crash a bunch of stuff. The way that CU-SeeMe does UDP is really bad for normal TCP traffic, and so we MUST KEEP THE NUMBER OF REFLECTORS DOWN!!!!

The first few reflecotrs that ask us will get on the ADMIT-BCC list and get the CONF-ID. Please be prudent about chaining downstream. Be considerate.
