We are two graduate students at Stanford and we want to sublet our apartment in Mountain View for the whole summer since my roomate and I will both be away. The apartment is fully furnished with TV+HIFI and is in front of the swimming pool, facing south. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big living room and kitchen. The bedrooms can be rent separately to 2 different persons or as a whole to a family.

ADVANTAGES: The living room is really huge and so is the sofa. It contains plants which will need to be watered weekly. The kitchen is fully equiped and operationnal. There is a dishwasher.You may use our Cable TV, (old) VCR and HIFI stereo.The apartment faces the patio of the apartment complex, south (sunny all day) and is right in front of the heated swimming pool. There is a little terrace with barbecue tools. It is quiet, not on the roadside. It is at 3 min. from the San Antonio shopping center and 3 blocks from downtown Mt View.
DEPOSIT: $500 per bedroom, in advance (when the sublet lease is signed)and by certified check.
LOCATION: It's one block from El Camino Real where buses can be taken to San Jose or San Francisco/Palo Alto. It's 10 min. walk to the railway station, in a nice neighborhood.
