The MediaVision Pro Audio Spectrum 16 sound card has two modes: Pro Audio Spectrum and SoundBlaster compatibility.  The 
settings for the Pro Audio Spectrum mode are software configurable.  The settings for the SoundBlaster compatibility mode are 
controlled by the following jumpers.
