The telemtry.dat file contains a list of all of the telemetry stations
that are assumed available during the observations for which the

coverage plots are calculated. The format of this file is consists of the
station name, elevation, latitude, and longitude. The elevation is given in
meters and is either the distance from the center of the earth or the elevation
above sea level. The latitude and longitude are listed in degrees, with the
longitude given as a value between 
and +180 (positive to the west of
Greenwich and negative to the east). And END statement follows the last station listed and functions in the same way as given above.
