Throughout the day, starting at 10:30 am, there are meetings, readings,
and discussions held in various spaces within the salon:

- From 2 pm to 4 pm : Award of prizes, young artist's competition -Salle Juan

- From 3 pm to 4:30 pm : 'And the moral of this story : does literature for
the young still have any moral? - Forum des Auteurs.
Every day, around themes based on the works of Jean de la Fontaine, the
Forum of Authors, in association with several Paris newspapers, hold
discussions.
On Wednesday, March 22, the theme presented by the 'magazine litteraire'
will be 'La Morale'
- From 10:30 to noon : 'Le Progres Scientifique s'Oppose-t-il a la Morale?',
hosted by Michel Delon, with Leon Schwarzenberg, Jacques Lacarriere,
Jean-Didier Vincent, and Gerard Badou.
- From 3 pm to 4:30 pm: 'Et la Morale de cette Histoire : la Litterature de
Jeunesse a)t-elle encore une Morale?' , animated again by Michel Delon, with
Michele Kahn, Michel Dansel, Pierre Marchand, and Jean Claverie.

On the stand of the Societe des Gens des Lettres, an author will murmur his
own selected work:

Discussion theme : 'Les Questions Juridiques Relatives aux Oeuvres
Multimedia'. Presentation du Livre Blanc by Hubert Tillet; with Joel Poix,
Reunion des Musees Nationaux, and Sophie Mitkevitch, Microsoft.
Litterature, Jeunesse, Religion, Sciences Humaines
Salle Juan Benet - from 2 pm to 4 pm :
'Concours "Art Jeunesse"'
Awards of prizes for the competition 'Youth Art' by the artists Cesar,
Bernar Venet and Robert Combas.
This competition, organised by the Editions du Chene, was open to pupils of
elementary classes. The most inventive works and the closest in spirit to
'Youth Art', are on display.
