Announcing Silicon Graphics Expo '94
We are proud to announce
Silicon Graphics Expo '94!
Where: San Jose Convention Center, San Jose, CA
When: May 23rd-26th
Focus:
The overall focus of the show this year will be on solutions and
applications, to demonstrate to developers and end-users alike that Silicon Graphics
offers a complete solution to their needs -- beyond the hardware alone. As you are
no doubt aware, 1993 culminated in an entirely new product line for Silicon Graphics
supported by scores of enabling software packages. The resulting combination creates
new and powerful computing solutions for our traditional and emerging markets.
Booth Theme:
Silicon Graphics' booth theme at the show will be "Visualizing the Future",
and the exhibit hall will feature a wide array of activities and attractions
including interactive rides showcasing Silicon Graphics' virtual reality and
real-time technology.
Highlights:
- This is the third annual Silicon Graphics Expo, and it entails
a very different approach from those held previously.
- The full range of Silicon Graphics solutions and market support will be
featured at Silicon Graphics Expo '94 through a variety of sessions, tutorials,
panel discussions, exhibits, and demonstrations.
We believe that through this solutions-oriented approach, we're expanding
the vision of Silicon Graphics' advantages, we'll encourage more people to consider us--
either as developers or purchasers, or both--and that we'll reach a broader audience
ever before. We expect this year's event to be the largest gathering of the Silicon Graphics
community to date including current and potential customers, business partners,
manufacturers, developers, resellers, industry trade and business press, and of course,
our employees! We are very excited about the direction Silicon Graphics Expo '94
is taking and its potential for the future.
Watch for more specific information about the show in the weeks ahead.
News about the show will be transmitted to various news groups
on the Internet as well as through the normal campus channels. We hope you will
join us at this event and demonstrate to these audiences how we can all be a part of
the Silicon Graphics revolution in visual computing.
