Translating EXPRESS to HTML

At the IMMD VI a way to apply the concepts of hypertext to STEP/EXPRESS has been developed, which enables to use hypertext browsers for interactive exploration of EXPRESS schemas. This approach has been implemented and tested using the publicly available NIST EXPRESS Toolkit and HTML hypertext software.

A translator called EXP2HTML which reads EXPRESS files and creates corresponding HTML hypertext files has been build. The sources of EXP2HTML, installation instructions, and some of the material presented at EUG'94 are available from this server.

Additionally, a directory with some example EXPRESS schemas represented as HTML hypertext is presented. More information can be found in papers publiced at other conferences and some students theses.
