Technical Support Engineer


Responsible for providing second-level support to NEC and Zenith Data
Systems accounts. 60% of your work will consist of providing technical
support by phone and 40% of duplicating and solving technical problems.

Function requirements:
  • Intermediate Vocational Training or equivalent skills
  • Excellent knowledge of personal computers (both hard- and software)
  • Knowledge of Novell 3.x / 4.x and / or Windows 95 / NT and / or UNIX
  • Affinity with technical support / troubleshooting in the field of personal computers and networks
  • Fluent command of the English and Spanish language
  • Customer oriented
  • Strong communication skills.
Location: Wijchen, The Netherlands
