Call Management System Representative


Responsible for creating, optimizing and documenting the call-flow setup up of all European Service & Support phone switches and related hardware. She/he must also administer the CMS Server(s) and its software and assist in the reporting of call-flow related data.

Function requirements:
  • Higher Vocational Training or equivalent skills
  • Fluent command of the English language
  • Command of the Dutch language is an advantage
  • Knowledge of programming in Basic, SQL, DBMS
  • Experience with data modeling and applying statistics
  • Leading, planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
