The Game
After the driver of the cab that goes into the bay bails out of the car his door is obviously open, but when the car goes into the water it is closed.
After the car goes into the water it takes a long time before water starts coming into the car. When it does, it shoots into the car like some seal was broken. In reality cars are so full of ways for water to get in, that the car starts to fill with water as soon as it goes in.
At the end of the movie when he jumps off the building he lands perfectly in the "x" of the airbag- almost impossible after falling from a height of that distance, and he narrowly misses all the "I" beams that support the roof of the ballroom.
George of the Jungle
In the scene where George hits the tree and falls on a branch with green stuff on it, you can catch a glimpse of his briefs.
Get Shorty
In the scene in which John Travolta, Rene Russo, and Danny Devito meet at Martin's house, Rene and John arrive in their prospective cars and park facing the wrong way (driver's doors toward the curb), which in Beverly Hills gets you a ticket, but when they emerge from Martin's house, Chili Palmer's van is turned around (and the BMW that Rene Russo was driving is gone) so that the automatic door scene can commence.
Gettysburg
There is a scene in which Union soldiers are standing on Little Round Top. You can see the arm of a monument hidden partially by shrubbery.
In the panning scene of cannons firing, way in the distance a car is visible.
During one of the scenes where Longstreet is talking with Lee, I think on the third day, Longstreet's beard is quite a bit shorter than it was on the previous days.
Just before Pickett's charge, there are a number of shots of drummer boys playing the drums. Their drums have plastic drum heads with the "Remo" brand name on them.
Ghandi
During the funeral scene there is a stand-in clearly wearing a pair of trainers.
The woman reporter was walking behind Gandhi at the beginning of the movie. At the end, in the "repeat," she wasn't.
Ghost
Where Swazye and Moore are at the pottery wheel, seconds after their hands and arms had been smeared with clay, they're clean.
When Oda Mae says goodbye to Molly & Sam in their apartment, she points to Sam when saying "Have a nice life" and Molly when saying "Have a nice death".
In the scene where the antagonist is pulling Demi off the ladder and putting a gun to her head, you clearly see him thumb back the hammer of the pistol three different times. (A semi-auto only needs to be cocked once, and then only if it's a single-action.)
When Patrick Swazye chases his killer, the man is hit by a car and his body is flung under the wheels of another vehicle. Yet, in the close-up, the body is on the hood.
The Ghost and Mr. Chicken
When Don Knotts (Luther) is in the Simmons' mansion, his flashlight moves when the light from the flashlight does not. One time, while leaving a room, his flashlight points away from him, but the light actually shines on him.
In a scene where Don Knotts is in the old Simmons mansion, he falls down a chute of some kind. If you watch closely you will see the stunt person looks nothing like Don Knotts. It is a younger man with very straight hair.
Ghostbusters
The Stay Puff Marshmallow guy has a red bow tie on as he walks down the streets of NYC, then he doesn't, then he does......
Girls Just Want To Have Fun
In one of the first practices that Sarah Jessica Parker and her dance partner have in the dance studio he is wearing a red shirt. When the camera angle changes he is wearing a purple shirt.
Glory
During the first battle in the woods, the Union Regiment levels their un-bayonetted weapons and fires a volley at the Confederates. About 3 seconds later, without the order having been given, they are in hand to hand combat with bayonets fixed.
Godfather
When Sonny is punching Carlo under the spraying fire hydrant, he misses a punch by at least six inches.
Gone With The Wind
Scarlet is seen walking on the main street on the way to the hospital. You can clearly see a light bulb in one of the street lights.
If you time Melanie's pregnancy by the Civil War battles, she would have been "with child" for a total of 21 months.
When Scarlett is dressing for the barbecue, she's not wearing a coral necklace. When she's hurrying to get ready before her father counts to ten, there is no time for Scarlett to get a piece of jewelry. But Scarlett is wearing the necklace when she's undressing for her nap at Twelve Oaks.
The shadow scene in which Scarlett and Melanie care for the wounded in the Atlanta hospital was filmed with two doubles. Since Leigh and de Havilland were standing at the wrong angle to cast the shadows, two stand-ins were positioned in front of the high-intensity light. The shadows of the doubles were reflected on the wall behind the stars, and the result was a stunning visual effect. Yet upon a closer look, the gestures of the stand-ins are not totally sychronised with the movements of the stars.
Scarlett's flight from Atlanta is so sudden that, as she leaves Aunt Pittypat's house, she is hatless. But a black mourning bonnet appears on her head as she and Rhett ride through the depot area. The hat remains in place through the encounter with the looters, during the fire, and as she and Rhett follow the retreating Confederate troops outside the city. In the next scene, when Rhett stops the carriage on the turn to Tara, the bonnet vanishes.
After her night of passion with Rhett, Scarlett awakens and delights in the memory. Her mother enters, comes to the bedside and takes away a tray containing a silver service. An earlier part of this scene showed Bonnie bringing the breakfast tray to her mother, but this was deleted during the editing. Did part of Rhett's romantic overtures include a midnight supper?
In the fire scene, you can actually see the set of King Kong burning (the huge gates that King Kong came through).
Good Burger
You can clearly see on the commercials that when the guy asks for a good shake and the weird kid shakes him you can see the people that work at the fast food restaurant moving back and forth very rapidly. This makes the shaking scene an obvious rewind and playback sequence.
Good Will Hunting
The first few minutes of the movie contain classroom/lecture hall scenes - the walls are a very distinct dark brick, and the seats an uncanny orange. This decor is at the university of Toronto, not at M.I.T. where the movie is set.
In the university scene in the beginning the blackboard on the wall changes position in every scene - once it's pushed up, next scene it's at the bottom. Several times.
The Goodbye Girl
Richard Dreyfus comes home drunk after his horrible opening night. He stumbles around the living room knocking over furniture, including a table by the window with a typewriter on top. Next time you see the table, it is all together again.
Goodfellas
Ray Liotta's character is wearing the Star of David around his neck, and then the camera cuts away and then back again and he is wearing the Cross of Christ.
When Joe Pesci is getting "made" at the end, as soon as he opens the door he gets shot in the head and blood starts coming out of the hole. When you run it through in slo-mo it is a very cheesy poor special effect of a computer superimposed blood trickle.
The Goonies
At the end of the movie, they are asked what the scariest part was, and Data says "The Octopus was very scary." The Octopus scene was filmed when they first see the pirate ship, but it was cut out. The scene does not appear on video, yet the line about the Octopus being very scary appears in every version I've seen. Not only that, but a scene where Mouth offers to help Stef breathe underwater was cut out, and at the end, sure enough, you hear Stef thanking Mouth for his offer to save her. Both these scenes were cut out, yet are referred to at the end.
Chunk breaks the glass on the picture and clears the glass away from it.Then when the camera gives us another view of the picture, and the glass is still on it.
In the scene where the bad guys pick up Chunk, the mole on his face keeps switching sides.
The Graduate
There is a scene with Dustin Hoffman going to Berkeley but his car is driving on the upper deck of Bay Bridge which only goes in the direction of San Francisco.
In one scene, he's driving from Los Angeles to Berkeley in a hurry, and crosses the bridge again (in the wrong direction). But the most direct route from L.A. to Berkeley doesn't require you to cross the Bay Bridge in EITHER direction.
At one point Dustin Hoffman is in a cafe on Telegraph Avenue drinking a beer. At the time the film was made, no restaurant within a mile of campus was allowed to serve alcoholic beverages.
From the cafe, DH spots Katherine Ross on a bus, so he gets on too. In the next scene, they're at a zoo and she asks him what he's doing "here" in Berkeley. The zoo is actually in San Francisco.
One scene shows students sitting around a fountain. The fountain is not at Berkeley; I think it's at UCLA.
Grease
In the soda shop, the waitress turns off the lights with her elbow because her hands are full, but she misses the light switch by 6 inches!
Sandy's hair, throughout the whole movie, is different lengths. You can notice especially when she has a ponytail, as a cheerleader, in the pep rally - her ponytail is longer than her hair when it's down.
At the dance, there's a scene where everyone started dancing after Cha-Cha and Danny won the trophy. Well Marty comes in from the side of the screen and lands on the floor in some kind of split, and you can clearly see she is wearing knee pads.
During "we go together" at the end of Grease, John Travolta has some problems with mouthing the lyrics.
In "We go together" they all dance forwards. When the camera changes angle Frenchy and Doody have switched sides.
All of the characters (except Sandy) speak with various kinds of New York accents, some of them very harsh, even though the movie is set in Los Angeles. You'll find New Yorkers anywhere, but that many in one place 3,000 miles away from home?
In the soda shop scene where Sandy and Danny are at the jukebox, the reflection of the boom mike is clearly visible in the chrome part of the jukebox.
In the end during "We Go Together", there is a scene where Sandy jumps towards Danny and she doesn't have her red Candies shoes on.
Sandy walks over to meet the girls after doing a cartwheel that sucked. They are telling her she did great. Anyway, if you look at Sandy's cheerleading uniform, she has a LONG red string right next to the letter on her shirt. Then, suddenly, the string disappears in the very next second.
Grease 2
At the beginning of the movie in the hall everybody closes their lockers even though the locks are locked.
At the beginning you see the coach scouting basketballers when track is going on. That same day the coach is getting the T-Birds ready for football. It's like the school has all three major sports going on at the same time.
Why is there a big hole in the middle of the football field?
How can everybody hear the T-Birds & Pink Ladies during the song at the bowling alley.
When everybody was dancing on the bowling alleys, wouldn't they be falling down because of how slick the lanes are?
When the twins are singing about Brad for the talent show, and Michael was playing the piano (you have to listen and watch), his hands are suppose to go across the keys but he is still doing the fake up-and-down-hand-move.
When Damucchi and Sharon go into the fall-out shelter, Sharon is carrying a lit candle. She blows it out before they both enter and then in the next shot the candle is still lit and she blows it out for a second time.
Green Berets
The final scene of the movie has John Wayne and the little Vietnamese boy supposedly on the beach at Danang, Vietnam. Wayne is saying "the future of 'nam is you, kid", the camera pans out to the sea and the sun is going down. The sun's sinking in the east......
The Grifters
There is an entire scene done with a full room camera shot, and for the entire scene you can see the boom mike at the top of the screen.
Grosse Point Blank
There is a scene where Blank and Debbie are in a club. All of a sudden there is a martini glass (neither of them are drinking martinis) Just when you have enough time to notice the extra glass one of Debbie's drunk friends comes clambering over with a martini in hand. But then there is only one on the table when the camera pulls back.
In the scene where Blank goes into the DJ booth to talk to his high school girlfriend, every time the camera goes back and forth to her, her necklace is twisted and then untwisted.
The first scene where Blank meets Dan Ackroyd, they pull up in their cars. Blank sets his phone on the trunk of his car, but when he uses it a minute later, he has to fish it out of the inside of the car.
Groundhog Day
At very end of movie, when he first realizes that tomorrow has come, he wakes up at 6:00 but when the camera moves to the window, the clock reads 6:30 only moments later.
Guilty as Sin
You can totally see the blood packet underneath his head right before he hits the ground.
Gunfight at the OK Corral
Doc Holliday with the DOUBLE barrel shotgun shoots three times without reloading.
Gunmen
At one part in the movie Christopher Lambert points a revolver at a gun dealer. When they cut back he is pointing a semi-automatic pistol. This is done three times.
