Global-X-Change helps The United States Information Service, Canada launch its new site on the web. Visit the homepage to find: speeches, policy statements and other texts on a wide range of foreign and domestic affairs issues; general information about the United States of America; speeches on Canadian-American relations, and graphs depicting trade balances between the two countries; a hypertext version of Webfoot, our newsletter identifying web sites for American studies; announcements of Research Center acquisitions; a photo gallery; links to selected other U.S. Government web sites; and many other useful features.
Global-X-Change and Digg Design worked together to help Bell Canada redesign its web site. The site has taken on a lighter more dynamic style and many of the sections have been reorganized, making it easier for Bell customers to find out about its products and services. This, along with expanded content and redesigned navigational aids, make this a world class site.
Simware Inc. unveils new Website with the introduction of Salvo, a 3270 mainframe to web conversion product. Visitors to the Website can take a virtual reality tour of the Salvo Cyberspace as they learn about this exiting new product. The site also employs a new multimedia interface developed using Macromedia Shockwave plug-ins.
Linktek Corporation launches its corporate web site. Linktek is one of the world's leading developers of client/server financial management systems designed specifically for the public sector, with over 9,000 installations in 20 countries around the world.

This seminar to be held at the Communications Research Centre on Tuesday February 27, 1996, is designed for
executives and managers who are interested in the rapid evolution of the
Internet as a form of multimedia communication. Michael Patenaude, president

authoring tools -- Java, Virtual Reality Modelling Language (VRML) and
