• You can now search the FedWorld FTP for Health and Safety related files. The FedWorld FTP site which contains more than 10,000 U.S. Government files in more than 90 different directories.

• The Free NTIS Products and Services Catalog provides information on many of NTIS' most useful and interesting products, including many information products that will be of interest to the health community. (order online)

• Public Health Service Job Vacancies are also available. This file is updated weekly.

• The National Cancer Institute's files include summaries on treatment, supportive care, screening, prevention, and investigational drugs from the NCI's PDQ database; fact sheets on over 100 cancer related topics; and news items, publications, citations and abstracts on cancer topics and more.

• Nuclear Regulatory Commission Health Physics Positions Database and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Health Physics Questions and Answers have information pertaining to health related topics.

• Learning Disabilities Catalog lists hundreds of reports prepared by U.S. Government agencies on learning disabilities. To view and print the catalog requires the Adobe Acrobat reader. This free reader can be downloaded directly from the NTIS library.

• The OTA-PRES library contains the full text of press releases issued by the Office of Technology Assessment, a Congressional support agency. Publications cited in the press releases may be ordered from NTIS using the order information included.

• The FAA library contains General Aviation Alerts, Service Difficulty Reports, Airmen Knowledge Testing Information, and other information related to aircraft safety. Airworthiness Directives are available through the FEE-BASED FAA-AD Library of Files on Fedworld.
