Things to Note

Trumpet Winsock
for Win95		 To configure this program you will need to download trumpwsk.ini and login.cmd
(Hold down the SHIFT key when you click on the two links/files above)
ALSO
If you have already installed the Win95 TCP protocols and so forth, you will have to uninstall these before using Trumpet Winsock
ALSO
Users that are using a 28.8 Modem will need to edit the trumpwsk.ini file and swap the two phone numbers at the very end of the file.
Pegasus Mail
  • To run this program in Win95, you must add a "-a" parameter to the shortcut of the program. In other words rather than run the program as "winpmail", you must run it as "winpmail -a"
    You will also need to read the configuration instructions to set it up correctly

    You may also wish to download a program to easily convert from Eudora to Pegasus
