Attention A4 Users
If your PostScript printer will not print the A4 PostScript files, here's a possible A4 Printing Strategy.
Problems printing the document "The Design of Distributed Hyperlinked Programming Documentation"
The PostScript for this document doesn't display correctly on many PostScript viewers, but the Print command or lpr usually works on the file.
