It is called "Red Lights of Baja México". Also, there's an adult video "Dick and Jane go to Mexico" featuring the Tijuana club scene.

Street prostitutes not very uncommon. Some operate in Tijuana and in Juarez; there are virtually none in Mexico City. Prostitutes generally work out of brothels or bars.
The location of the local prostitution district can always be gotten from the cab drivers, who will generally take you there and wait until you are finished.
