VICNET Training

There is a learning curve to overcome for all new users of the Internet. VICNET aims to help all new and existing users in the following ways.

By providing basic and advanced training using a network of VICNET Training Organisations.
By publishing informative hard copy guides and help sheets.
By creating an extensive online Help page filled with the information users need at the click of a mouse including a section devoted to Training and VICNET Beginners.
By having a responsive support team answering user queries via email and phone (03 9669 9710).
By creating a vicnet-users mailing list where VICNET users can discuss issues amongst themselves and with VICNET staff.

On the training front VICNET is looking to establish relationships with existing Internet training organisations in order to provide VICNET specific courses. Organisations interested in becoming VICNET trainers should read Information for potential VICNET training organisations and then email Adrian Bates or ring him on (03) 9669 9714. We are especially in need of training organisations or individuals outside of the Melbourne metropolitan area.

VICNET Training Organisations

The following are recognised VICNET training organisations and can market courses under the VICNET banner.
