[Inline][Inline]INTRODUCTION:

BRADLEY STUDENTS ARE CONNECTED

The Residence Halls for the Future (RHF) program celebrates "A Decade of Excellence in Student Computing." When this program began ten years ago, it was one of the first of its kind in the nation, offering students the opportunity to enhance their skills in the areas of communication and personal computing and to obtain a better understanding of high-tech information processing. What started as an experimental partnership between AT&T and Bradley University has now become a widely acclaimed model for colleges and universities across the country.

Today, nearly 1500 students in 770 residence hall rooms have access to campus and global information resources via their networked AT&T Pentium or NCR 486-class computer system. Each computer is equipped with windows-based personal productivity and course-related software and high-speed access to the Internet.

In addition to global access to information via the Internet, each RHF student can find out about nearly every happening on Bradley's campus from the computer in his or her room.

There are a number of support resources available to make it easy for students to obtain the maximum benefit from all aspects of the program, including:

The Residence Halls for the Future program provides students in all courses of study with an enriched learning experience that few institutions can offer.
