Cyberspace Research (CsR) of North York, Canada, is pleased to announce the release of its Second Edition of the Canadian World Wide Web Server Central Index. The Second Edition of the on-line database of Canadian WWW servers will be available free-of-charge to anyone on the World Wide Web.

The first release of the on-line Canadian WWW Central Index has been extensively used by people in 93 countries during the period of March 1994 to December 1994, totalling 780,000 connections to the server, located in North York, Ontario.

"The World Wide Web technology, and the Internet in general, has experienced a period of exponential growth since the beginning of 1994, resulting in a very large demands for services on the Information Highway", said Mr. Turgeon, President and founder of Cyberspace Research. He added: "This demand completely overwelmed the First Release of the Index, so we had to look at a second release well ahead of our own most optimistic projections".

The Second Release of the Canadian WWW Server Central Index was first released to Canadian WWW site administrators at the beginning of February 1995. Many helpful suggestions and improvements were requested by Canadian WWW site administrators, which were implemented in early March, 1995, for the public release.

"Various design requirements were developed specially for the Second Edition of the Index to ensure fast accessibility, expandability, and ease-of-use for potential users on the Internet.", said Mr. Benjamin Sugars, Software Developer and Project Manager for the Second Edition.

The Second Release of the Canadian WWW Server Central Index is a not-for-profit project of Cyberspace Research and can be accessed at the Uniform Resource Locator (URL):
