WWW activities

The Department of Process Control set up its WWW service at the end of 1993. The www.fsz.bme.hu was the first, internationally registered Hungarian WWW server on the Internet.

Today our WWW servers carry:

The Hungarian Home Page of the World Wide Web
The extremely popular Opera Schedule Server for opera fans
The WWW version of the daily Hungarian weather forecast
The Harvest index of Hungarian public FTP servers
The pages of "What's new in Hungary"

We also run a public FTP server containing huge amount of WWW related and other software, and we host the mailing list of the Hungarian WWW server managers.
