solicitation, industry referrals, specialty magazine and phonebook advertising,
occasional job recruitment seminars in Tokyo, on-line services, campus and
ethnic community outreach. Bonuses paid to TKO registrants for successful
referrals.

FIRM HISTORY:
TKO Personnel was founded in 1983 and since 1986 has specialized in
Japan recruitment for the semiconductor and software markets. From
1993, TKO added other Asia/Pacific, specifically China and
Korea-related positions for semiconductor and software markets.
STAFF:
Five. Three recruiters: Yoko Okamoto,
focused on Japanese firms in the US; Mukesh
Ahuja, focused on software recruiting; Kenneth Reed, focused on
American target industry firms in Asia/Pacific.
