Windows 95 font properties extension
If you right click on a font file in Windows 95 its basic properties are displayed. This new extension adds several new property tabs to the properties dialog box. These include information relating to font origination and copyright, the type sizes to which hinting and smoothing are applied, and the code pages supported by extended character sets.
To install the new font properties extension, download and run property.exe [54KB self extracting archive, updated 7 March 1996]. This will create three new files; ttfext.dll, ttfext.inf and readme.txt. To install the extension right click on ttfext.inf and select Install from the pop-up menu.
