The San Diego chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is planning its annual MS Walk for March 23 in Carlsbad and March 24 in San Diego.

Individuals can become actively involved in the management and control of their asthma in this two-hour program. Classes are held monthly and there are asthma classes for children as well. This is a five-session program to learn the latest in cholesterol and blood pressure control, practical tips for nutritious low-fat cooking, shopping and dining out and the benefits of a personalized exercise program to help prevent heart disease. This is a play written by Sharp Memorial's Jonathan Licht, M.D. He is also directing its production at the Fritz Theater in downtown San Diego from March 28 to April 14. Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door, with a portion going to charity.
