Utilities Packs

The Utilities Packs have recently been upgraded to remove minor Risc PC incompatibilities. They are all suitable for Archimedes computers, however RISC OS 3.1 or later is required to use them.

Desktop Utilities 1

Includes Command Control for desktop use of command line utilities and Workspace for four desktop areas which you can switch between at any time. Each desktop area may have its own fixed mode and palette.

Desktop Utilities 2

The second utilities disc includes GraphTask for task windows with full graphics support. FreeMap for full details of disc free space distribution. WindOpen for setting up unmanned demonstrations of applications & PrintCtrl for flexible printer control.

Graphics Utilities

Broadcast displays sprites and drawfiles at PAL broadcast and other interlaced resolutions. CTenhance provides enhanced colour and dithering & Mirror is a symmetrical object drawing aid. Also includes screenshot saver and modes modules.

Programmer's Utilities 1

Includes an enhanced CPU load monitor. SWI statistics application and a selection of useful modules and small utilities including a crash recovery module. (Similar to Alt-Break, on the Risc PC, for older machines.)
