They connect to the SCSI port, and can be added without even opening the system cabinet since no internal card slots are required. Several models are available, ranging from a unit with 2 serial ports and a parallel port to a 16 serial port unit. Baud rates up to 115K are supported. scsiTerminal Servers share the SCSI bus with other scsiTerminal Server models or other SCSI peripherals, providing extremely flexible I/O expansion options. scsiTerminal Server ports are ideal for connecting modems, printers, and terminals.
