DTdriver is a kernel-level device driver for the Data Translation DT-1492(tm) series analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converter boards. It is aimed at users requiring flexible data acquisition or analog signal output, especially scientific researchers. It is specifically designed for real-time operations, supports simultaneous A-to-D and D-to-A conversions, digital I/O, and is used for experiment control, data logging, and real-time interaction. Example C language programs are included. DTdriver also allows complete register-level access to the hardware for maximum flexibility.
