OSF/Motif Programming (T4-CHOICE)

The OSF/Motif Programming course helps applications programmers master programming using the OSF/Motif widget set. Students learn to create widget applications using the OSF/Motif widget set and Xt Intrinsics library. Students will be able to create interactive widgets, such as text editors, menus, scroll bars, toggle buttons, radio buttons, and dialog boxes and be able to organize these displayable, interactive widgets in container widgets (in rows, columns, or other forms). Students will also be able to write combined X windows (created by Xlib, Xt Intrinsics, or OSF/Motif) and windows rendered by the IRIS Graphics Library software products.
