Bridesmaid for Windows is the most useful and easy to use bridal software on the market. Organize invitations, gifts, RSVPs, thank you notes, expenses, and important dates. Plan as many parties as you need - from bridal showers - to your first party as newlyweds. The on-line helper will walk you through the planning process and make sure you don't miss a step.

Weddings are a very important time in a person's life, and Bridesmaid will help make it more enjoyable by keeping track of all wedding plans. One of the keys to the program is flexiblility. Throughout the program, you will find that you can tailor events, budgets, and reports to your needs.

Bridesmaid's Special Features Include:

• The Guest List
  The guest list includes every guest invited to your wedding and is used to make guest lists for each event associated with your wedding. All information, including guests' address, phone number, priority, and any other notes are recorded. RSVP replies are noted in the Guest Events WIndow.
• The Gift List
  This window shows the wedding guest list, along with the gifts received. Highlight the name and Bridesmaid will display all of the events and gifts for that guest. Thank you notes can be kept track of with the Edit Gift button.
• Party Builder
  This Unique feature allows new party lists to be created for the entire guest list. These new party lists are subsets of the entire guest lists.
• Events
  Information for the events of the wedding are found under Events in the main menu. In events, enter each event of the wedding, with dates, times, and locations, and reminders for each events. You can also view the calendar for the entire wedding.
• Money
  Tracking your budget and expenses is essential for keeping costs under control. During the wedding, many services will be provided by various vendors. A budget should be estimated for each event and expenses and payments recorded. These tasks can be found under Money in the main menu.
• Reports
  Bridesmaid includes five Predefined reports that can be viewed or printed:Entire List, Thank you notes to send, Budget Update, Calendar, and Overall Wedding Summary. Also includes three Custom reports: People, Event and Money.
