PURPOSE:

The EXCHANGE is an educational assistance and environmental preservation project in development on the Internet. Its mission is to make a difference in Education by providing resources and revenue to schools through the promotion of recycling to preserve Earth. The EXCHANGE is a local, state, national, and international recycling classified and resource directory consisting of public/private, business, and private party exchanges

SPONSORS:

The EXCHANGE needs sponsors, foundations, government agencies, endorsers, volunteers, educators, and the like to participate in the development of this project. A 501c3 status is pending and a business plan is available for review.

USE:

Use of this service is at users sole risk with no implied or expressed warranties of any kind. The entire contents of this service are copyrighted as a collective work. The copying, redistribution, or publication of any part of this service without permission is prohibited. Users of this service grant The EXCHANGE the right to remove, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and translate information placed into it. Subject to this grant, each user who places information in The EXCHANGE retains any rights user may have in such information. User agrees not to use this service to conduct any business or activity or solicit the performance of any activity which is prohibited by law or to solicit users to participate in other competitive information services. The EXCHANGE grants to user a singular, non-exclusive, nonassignable and nontransferable right to use. All classified posting must be renewed every two weeks by Friday 8p.m. west coast or it will be automatically deleted. This service is free until further notice.

USER INFORMATION:

The following is a sample of the form that will become available to subscribers in the near future. All forms will be intuitive and contain readily selectable defaults, and can be emailed to The EXCHANGE at the click of a button.
