The IMRF Choose Your Own Adventure Story

You remember choose your own adventure books, don't you? "If you decide to go in the castle, turn to page 14." I think it's high time we revive this ancient, revered art form. If it's good enough for the likes of Shakespeare and Sartre, it's good enough for me.

This was originally posted to talk.bizarre along with embedded control characters and instructions suitable for use with rn. If you don't understand some of the references, it's because they come from talk.bizarre. Sorry.

If you'd like to add to this story, you can download all the neccesary materials (a short C program along with some instructions) via FTP from bohr.physics.purdue.edu in the pub/sho/choose directory.
