The Saint-James is available for private charter, sportfishing for the mighty king salmon on the Pacific Ocean in the San Francisco area. Last year, salmon fishing was the best San Francisco has seen in 20 years and this year is turning out to be even better. Limits have been the rule so far on all trips! The fish have been averaging 8 to 20 lbs.
You can also charter the Saint-James for cruising on the beautiful San Francisco bay, whale watching, sight seeing, or private parties.
The Saint-James is a 28 foot Albin made in Bristol, Rhode Island by Albin Marine Mfg.. Albin boats are well known for their stability and comfort. She is powered by a high-performance turbo-charged 280hp diesel engine which pushes her along at a comfortable 24 knots. With her 192 gallon fuel capacity and 2.5 mile per gallon consumption rate, she has a range of over 400 miles.
Her beam is 10' which provides a large
fishing cockpit comfortable for up to 4 adults and built in to the
transom are two insulated fish holds and a live bait tank. She is
completely equipped with state-of-the-art navigational electronics and
the latest fishing equipment as well.
In addition, she has a roomy saloon, a full private head with shower and hot & cold running water. The galley is equipped with the essential conveniences as well as a refrigerator and microwave.
