Access Plus Communications, Inc. (Access Plus) was founded in order to bid on broadband Personal Communications Services (PCS) licenses. The licenses are in the Entrepreneurs Blocks during the upcoming FCC auction in the Spring of 1995. Access Plus has brought together an experienced team of professionals to bid on and win PCS licenses and subsequently operate the business, initiating service in early 1996.
