Welcome to THE ELECTRIC GALLERY. Many of the painters exhibiting here hang in prestigious galleries and museums. Some of these paintings are in private collections. The Haitian Art Wing    The Southwest Art Wing

Take a moment to review the origins of Haitian Art before you go on to view the gallery. In addition to the Haitian collection, we are proud to present Contemporary Southwest Art, original Native American Imagery by Lawrence W. Lee and Mary Wyant. These internationally known painters create hauntingly beautiful images of native American people and landscapes. A number of prints (posters) are available of these works.

       
The Amazon Project      The Jazz and Blues Wing

The Amazon Project features the Usko-Ayar Amazonian School of Painting, devoted to the rescue and preservation of the knowledge and traditions of the indigenous people of the Peruvian Amazon. These fantastic young artists, 8-24 years of age, document myths and traditional knowledge of the Amazonian jungle people.

A recent addition to the gallery is The Jazz and Blues Wing, with paintings and serigraphs by Arnold Thompson, Gary Patterson and Marion Barnes which capture the powerful and expressive feelings conveyed in the making of jazz and blues.

       
The Folk Art Wing          The Contemporary Art Wing

New on the gallery is an international collection of folk art, including the works of self-taught artists from Europe, the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean; a collection of contemporary paintings and limited edition serigraphs, and the marvelous journeys of the California artist Adrian Wong Shue.

(Note - We are exhibiting fine art on these pages, and we wish to present it as accurately and as true to the original as possible. Our JPEG images run from about 60K to 200K.
