If you are a subscriber to XShell basic maintenance, Customer support may help you with installation, getting started, or debugging of some code fragments. Code snipets are sometimes provided as examples of how to get started, or how to solve a common XShell application. Communication may be done through the phone/fax or e-mail.
XShell customer support is also responsible for reproducing, verifying, and reporting any errors with XShell. As, new releases become available these will be provided to the customer as part of basic maintenance.
We also have an extended maintenance package which you may purchase. This would provide longer and more extensive hotline support.
