A good list of US resources can be found at the Institute for Molecular Virology at the Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison. The excellent Guide to Medically Related Internet Resources provides very detailed lists of servers, mailing lists, ... by category of disease, etc. The HealthNet WWW Demonstration Project undertaken by the Communications Development Directorate of Industry Canada provides demonstrations of potential health care applications for the "Information Highway" as well as links to resources that are already available.
