THREE ARRESTED IN S. KOREA GAS BLAST
TAEGU, South Korea -- Three employees of a small engineering firm were arrested Saturday on suspicion of rupturing a gas main shortly before a blast devastated a swathe of the South Korean city Taegu, police said.
