This is the Preliminary Draft of the report of the Working Group on
Intellectual Property Rights, a subgroup of the Information Infrastructure
Task Force. The deadline for comments was September 7, 1994.
The executive summary which was available on July 13 has been retracted;
please disregard it. For a paper copy of the report, contact the PTO Office

The compressed versions of the MS/DOS files were created with zip2.0.1 for
Unix, with the -k command-line flag which simulates PKZIP made zipfiles.
You will need the latest version of PKUNZIP to uncompress them. These files
are also available via anonymous FTP from ftp.uspto.gov in the directory
/pub/nii-ip.
