Our CCAR Division provide these services to a variety of customers. We can provide the
following:
- Analog, digital, microprocessor-based and mixed signal CCA's repair.
- Schematic capture, PCB layout and prototyping of analog, digital and mixed signal CCA's. We specialize in microprocessor-based CCA designs.
- Reverse engineering, engineering changes and refurbishment of CCA's with little to no documentation.
- Software development for various microprocessors/microcontrollers using assembly, Ada, Visual Basic and C/C++.
- Surface mount, thru-hole, multilayer and flex print assembly and repair using the U.S. Navy Miniature and Microminiature (2M) repair program standards and MIL-STD 2000A.
- Strict EOS/ESD control measure are employed to protect CCA's and repair components.
- Training, support, test fixtures, custom test routines development and consulting services.
